Yesterday New York Governor Eliot Spitzer signed into law the “Nursing Mothers in the Workplace Act” which had been unanimously approved by the New York Assembly and Senate. According to the governor’s press release:

The Transportation Security Administration loosened its restrictions on carrying expressed breast milk on an airplane to allow mothers traveling without children to bring unlimited quantities in their carry-on bags.
